Meet COURTNEY

Courtney was raised in North Carolina with an early interest in anything associated with the equine world. Not only was she heavily involved in competing, her experience easily morphed into equine management. Having graduated with a Psychology degree and a biology minor, she continued to work in the equine industry training horses and managing horse farms. In 2011, those equine interest brought her to the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley in California.

Courtney has continued to be a very active member of the horse community here in the Santa Ynez Valley. From teaching lessons, managing farms, working as a vet tech at our world renowned equine hospital, consulting on horse concerns and dealing in the sale of horses, she is well versed & well entrenched. Realizing her love for horses, horse people and the equine way of life, Courtney started looking for another way to continue to serve and help this community. Through her own equine business, she has visited many of the ranches here in the valley and knows them well. It made perfect sense for her to expand her interest even more by including the ability to sell these properties when desired. She now has her Real Estate License and has started on her new venture in Real Estate.

 

This valley and community holds a real love for Courtney. She now is dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home or ranch here. She loves being part of Monument Global Estates and sharing the knowledge she learns from her mentor, who has been in the business for 35 years.
Courtney is happy to still call this place home and share it with her clients.
