My journey with Wade started when I was still living in San Diego and needed to relocate to the California central coast for my job. I found a rental property online and reached out for more information. The rental property was managed by Monument Global Estates; the company Wade works for. To my good fortune, Wade happened to be the point of contact – my first touchpoint in the Buellton/Solvang area. Wade went above and beyond to provide information on the area, suggest locations that would be safe and desirable for a single woman to live, and offer suggestions on local eateries, entertainment options, and area highlights. He and his lovely wife even met me out for dinner when I came for a house-hunting expedition, going above and beyond to assist. During my year-long tenure as a renter, I explored many properties throughout Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Los Alamos to purchase. Wade was with me every step of the way; very patient and understanding of my desires, purchase power, and proximity to work needs. He helped identify the pros and cons of each property and offered perspective on areas of improvement at each location to meet my standards.
