Meet HALEY

Haley McCarty is local to California and her family has been in the Santa Ynez Valley for three generations. With an extensive background in customer relations and services, she looks forward to serving the community when it comes to finding the perfect home. Excited to be a part of the Monument Global Estates Team, she is bringing fresh eyes and boundless energy to the team.

Haley is supported by 35 years of expert knowledge in the industry at Monument and has what it takes to take the best care of her clients. Continuing to strive for excellence, Haley enjoys health and wellness as a gym and yoga studio owner in the beautiful Los Olivos area. Her goal is to yolk mental well being and fitness. She also is part of the protection and service animal industry. Haley works training and handling service and family protection dogs.
