With a distinguished 38-year career in the Defense Industry and a deep foundation in leadership, strategy, and negotiation, Wade Koch brings a unique edge to California real estate. His career began in the United States Air Force, where he logged thousands of hours flying helicopter search and rescue missions—an experience that instilled in him an unmatched level of discipline, precision, and care under pressure.
 
Transitioning seamlessly into the corporate world, Wade built a successful track record in Business Development, Operations, Strategic Planning, and Contract Negotiation, leading initiatives across the globe. Today, he applies this same high-level expertise to real estate, representing clients with the same commitment and clarity that have defined his professional life.
 
Wade is known for his servant leadership style, thoughtful communication, and solutions-oriented mindset.
