His journey in the real estate world is grounded in a remarkable 38-year career in the Defense Industry, where he honed an invaluable skill set. Wade's professional career commenced in the United States Air Force, where he accrued thousands of hours conducting life-saving helicopter search and rescue missions. This experience grants him a unique perspective on life's crucial moments, emphasizing precision and care.
 
After retiring from the military, Wade shifted to the corporate world and further diversified his knowledge into critical areas including Business Development, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy Planning, Contract Negotiation, and building businesses across different parts of the world. He applies this wealth of experience and diverse skill set at the heart of California real estate.
 
One of the things that really separates Wade is his dedication to service combined with a servant leadership style and a passionate yet grounded manner. This combination allows him to very efficiently and effectively provide real estate solutions to our clients across California.
